This is certainly no dial for the real caliber 11...as there are four legs to fix the dial onto the movement. The chronomatic calibers only use two.
So, my best guess is that this is some kind of a pre-production dial or custom-made dial that's for sale now...most probably for the new caliber 11 movment (ETA base with DD-module).
