Looks very real to me & appears to be one of the french made chronos.

I have two of them the same as that. Havent studied it in minute detail to check the hands etc but at a quick glance it looks pretty genuine.

These dont tend to be overly expensive though a few BIN have been listed on ebay in the last 6 months at stupid prices but didnt appear to sell.
