Saw that this morning. I don't really approve to be honest, all they have done is bought the name, there isn't any real connection with Hethel. I suspect the FIA will wheel all these guys out if the manufacturers do pull out and say, look we have Lotus, Brabham etc etc. Well, no you don't really, do you.

The Brabhams are apparently considering legal action over the use of their name for the new team.

It reminds me of the Grandees versus Independents squabble of the early 80s, but with the FIA on the other side this time around. F1 isn't all about Ferrari, but I don't think the FIA realises how much it will devalue F1 if some of these guys pull out.
