Yes I have seen those. I spent a rainy Sunday in going through the book. You are right the photo of Siegi Rauch is difficult to identify although the size of the watch ( compare it to his hand) and the shape of the watch, which seems more squarish than roundish, would support the thought of a Monaco.
Anyhow, good idea ro scan the photos and scan them!
