Yes, it was made by Heuer. I'm not sure exactly why or exactly when, but it is a great looking timepiece. Have a look here, to see some photos of the one that I owned, which then went to David, which then went to the current seller (I believe). The case is very lightweight . . . aluminum or something similar . . . some of the IFRs (and traditional Master Times) also used this light case.

It's a fine looking clock . . . I miss it, but not that much.
