One further note, just in case you're trying to judge this from photographs of a watch.

Although the fluting is fairly pronounced in the metal, it doesn't always photograph so clearly. With flash especially, the fluting can wash out and look like a smooth-barrelled pusher.

I've had double-take moments with photos of my own watches before (hang on, I could have sworn that watch had the correct pushers!) and even felt compelled to check them in the metal before, so photos can be deceptive sometimes.
