Paul, all hands look good with large original luminous inserts. As Rich said at the edge of the dial there are these black shadows I would examine in greater detail. Monacos can be opened easily: put the case lugs 12 o clock at a sharpe edged table corner and push gently at the glass edge of the same side, turm around do the same at 6 o clock, you can then easily remove the top case and the glass to examine the dial and seal. Damaged seals are mostly seen in the 1971/72 production period due to a bad quality supply.
