VIXA watches

I`m on a diver roll at the moment,and was considering getting a VIXA Nettuno.

Did a google on it,but it seems that anyone who used to carry them,haven`t heard from the VIXA company for the last year or so.
Somebody even suggested they are out of business.

Does anybody know anything about this?
