This article had so many interesting passages and ideas . . . from the "sandwich" around the disclosure of the price to the issue of what to do with the wives. But, the more I think about the article, the more I like the suggestion about what to do with customers who ask about discounts off the suggested retail prices: give them a coffee mug or umbrella, and they will soon forget about the whole discount thing!!
