Hi - I've owned the 2000 & 3000 quartz and auto versions of these watches - but not the gold plated versions(I have one now), yes prices are not fantastic BUT still worth hanging on to.....much better than buying a modern F1 chrono and much cooler...oh and its says the all important "Heuer" rather than "Tag-Heuer".
