Actually this is not my summer 09 report, I have a lot more interesting pics to post when I get the chance, especially some very nice watches back from a little R&R at Jasper and also at Nick G. I'll post those when I get the chance to do them justice.

This is just a quick post, one of the (let's be honest) embarassing WIS "did you spot such and such watch in such and such photo?". This one doesn't even has the kudos or glory of motor racing, but I guess they were a pretty cool band at some time. It's a picture I saw in a music magazine, showing the members of The Who. You can't really tell so well, but that looks very much like a carrera on Pete Townshend's wrist. Do the carrera experts agree? Any other ideas? Apologies if this has been posted before - a quick search didn't turn up much.

As I said, I'll post something more substantive on new(ish) arrivals once I get the chance, otherwise hope all the otd'ers had a good summer.
