I love these 5100 era Heuers. The case is super sharp and clean, the bracelet less so... in fact the bracelet is from an old Baume & Mercier, but ...
(i) it fits the watch in looks perfectly (hard to see, but the bracelet has the same 45 degree edge which has a high polish with brushed top and sides)
(ii) I believe it matches exactly the bracelet Heuer sometimes supplied for these (the catalogs show the watch with a "jubilee" style bracelet which does not fit it so well. I can't remember where I saw one of these on this bracelet but I am pretty sure it the correct style...anyone have better ideas?
