From what i know, its more "try your luck" with TH vintage service dept. I tried to find similar things out and they won't disclose what they have available until you send your watch over for a quote. Might be worth doing, but it does mean being without your watch for 3 or 4 months and you might then find out they have no dials.

I will definately keep an eye out for a 1533b dial for you, but they are very rare...
