Its so much easier to decide your favorite Monaco than it is to find them available for purchase!
My favorites in order are :-
1. Chronomatic - there's always going to be an air of mystique with being the 1st of the series. I have sadly never seen one in the flesh but the metallic finish on the dial has luckily been captured in at least a few photo's i have seen online. Nick's and Jaspers websights feature very desireable models with perfect dials. Either one of those would fit the bill for my number one Monaco.
2. Standard 1133B - its what caused my desire for a Monaco from the the start & now that i have one it still brings a huge smile to my face every time i put it on. My preference is for the full Steve McQueen look - blue strap with a shiney original Heuer buckle.
3. 1133G contrasting registers - again, same as my No.1 choice i have not seen one in the flesh but some of the close up photo's offered up to OTD and the forum over the years have sparked an interest in this colour combination for me.
Final point worth noting - feel free to contact me if you happen to be selling items number 1 or 3 from above - Darren
