Wow, that is interesting...157xxx is almost on the verge of 'Chronomatic' dial territory :-)
Maybe that one was a 'distressed' Chronomatic dial that was swapped for a G/G :-)

I almost considered selling my G/B last week as I hardly wore it, then this discussion came along and its not been off my wrist since- so, I've changed my mind!
