Shame about the movement - I'm not sure which it is, but would wager it's some sort of ESA/ETA. You'd need to open it up to be sure of the specific module unless someone here is aware, but the possibly good news is that the majority of these ESA movements were made in pretty large numbers and sold to several (in some cases many) manufacturers.
Good luck getting it on its feet again.
