Check out my pic I just posted, in the thread just after this one.
The 1163 did come with even numbered bezels; the picture shows the second execution dial (you know it is second exec from the red markers on the minute subdial - these were not on the first exec 1163GMT dial).
I think the even numbered bezel came with a first execution dial, but I am not sure - more commonly with the second exec dial.
