Tritium, I Believe
In Response To: Monte Carlo Lume ()

I believe that they were using tritium, by the time the two-button models came along. Restoration typically involves either cleaning or re-painting the hands. These guys can look really strong, after a good cleaning.

: I recently acquired a Monte Carlo 2 button from about 1970. The lume has the typical dark blotchy coloring. Is that radium? What is the common restoration process of the hands? Thanks in advance!
