The Baylor might actually be made by Heuer as Baylor (the private label for Zales) had a number of similar cases (Camaro, etc) as Heuer.

Otherwise i think they were just punched out with the Val72 base, by a distributor or consortium.

Its one of the best GMT Val. 72 chronographs
