I am offering for sale this great IWW-modded Marcello C Nettuno GMT (or a "poorman’s" Rolex GMT)… the work that was done includes: a new MKII/Yao Milsub dial, new MKII Mercedes hands and Milsub second hand and the magnifier “cyclops” was removed … also the case was flipped, so it is now a “destro” model and the entire case and solid link bracelet (with SEL) has been bead-blasted… all mods were performed by Jack@IWW in Oct. ’08…
The case measures 40mm (excluding crown) by 13mm high with a 20mm lug width… it has a sapphire crystal display back as well… and it features an ETA 2893-A2 hacking GMT movement…
It includes all original boxes and papers as well as the original dial, handset and cyclops if you wish to restore the watch to its original look…
The watch is in 95% excellent condition, the only minor issue being some flat spots on the beadblasting on a few of the bracelet links and on the clasp… the watch head itself is perfect as I have worn this very sparingly in the year that I’ve owned it… (pic by Jack@IWW)… a few inbound watches necessitate this sale…
The Marcello C Nettuno GMT (before mods) sells for $1429 on their website… http://www.marcelloc-watches.com/watches/divers/2.1.html
I am asking $650 shipped in the USA… PayPal OK…
NO trades on this please…
Please email w/ any questions or for more pix…
Thanks for looking,
Peter
