Hi Ron - great story especially since Mr Heuer has varified the authenticity of this dial. I think it would be a spectacular piece when complete. Looking at the hour markers it is very similar to the 2446c square lugs with snap back case. If it was mine I would use white sub dial hands, plain polished steel hands and black chrono hand. I would also consider adding lume dots to the 3, 6 and 9 positions. I would finish it off with a simple hour bezel. In fact, if you do as I suggest I will be the first in line to buy it from you.
