I purchased a Ladies Jaeger Le Coultre watch from them. It broke quickly, but they took it back and had it repaired for me. However, it did take 3 months and I had to chase them every week for an update. It broke a second time.but this time I've taken it to a renowned jeweller and they have sent it to be serviced and repaired...at great cost!!
Matt,
: What exactly was the problem you took the watch in for?
: I have never used this company but it's worth noting that some of
: the chrono parts for the automatic movements (particularly the
: pusher levers which break on heavy impact) are extremely hard to
: come by.
: Might be worth contacting them and finding out if it's parts which
: cause delay.
: I managed to get someones' last set of pusher levers via this forum
: about 2 months ago (I remember you responded to my posting).
: I was told by Wests at the time that there is some talk at Tag
: about remanufacture. Is it worth the members/visitors to this
: forum lobying them about this?
: Jamie
