Here is a nice website that provides historical foreign exchange rates, on a daily basis through the 1970s, for the world's major currencies -- http://www.federalreserve.gov/RELEASES/H10/Hist/default1989.htm

This certainly makes these old Price Lists more useful, at least for a person accustomed to dealing in US Dollars.
