I don't think Heuer made this Croton, and I am doubtful that Heuer made any of the Crotons or Nivadas. So in the language we use OnTheDash, they might be "look-alikes", but they would not be "poor man's Heuers". While none of this terminology is official or sacred, in OnTheDash, we refer to a "poor man's Heuer" as one that was actually produced by Heuer for another less expensive brand -- like Tradition, Zodiac or Hamilton. There are lots of look-alikes, under numerous brands, but fewer "poor man's Heuers".
