I haven't seen an Autavia (or any Heuer come to that) with Galli on the dial before. Often when we see additional names on the dial (such as Türler or Meister), they are the name of an importer, jeweller or dealer. I'm not familiar with a Galli in that respect either.
One possibility is that it could be related to Nanni Galli, a contempory racing driver:

He made it to F1 for a while (including 1 drive for Ferrari), so it's a possible but I'm just speculating now.
A photo could help - does it look like the script was added in the factory, or possibly later?
