Popularity Contest -- Cortina or Verona?

J.H. brought us this Can't-Wait-Until-Scan-Day Syndrome ("CWUSDS"), so I'll follow his lead and show off another pair -- the Cortina and Verona. Two Italian cities; two great looking Heuer chronos . . . so which is your favorite and why??

I only received the Cortina today, but based on wearing it these first six hours, the Cortina has several features that I really like:

  • no silly tachy scale (making it a bit cleaner than the Verona)
  • integrated bracelet looks really nice and fits well
  • hands and markers are stronger looking
  • interesting shape to the case

Of course, if you prefer tachy scales, classic shaped cases, thinner markers and hands, and leather bands, then the Verona will likely be your choice.

Let's see what other readers think -- hit the "Post Reply" key, and tell us which you prefer and why.

Thanks,

Jeff
