Wow! Terrific reports so far David! Please ask Mr. Jack Heuer and Mr. Babin if, #1), another re-edition of the Autavia (closer to the original with a "real" bezel, an outline around date window and a better looking minute track) might possibly be in the works in the coming future?
Also, #2), is there any consideration to re-manufacturing one more run of the anodized Autavia 2446C GMT bezel. There have been two 2446C GMT's on e-bay in the last 30 days or so which recently had new old stock bezels fitted by TagHeuer Service in Bien at a parts cost of just $100 each (in addition to refurbishment and movement servicing fees, mind you). Is it possible those of us who would like to buy one can now order one from parts department in Bien or even if they are now available when one sends a 2446C GMT in for service? I fear they are only available for limited, very important commercial customers(?). If that's the case, maybe they'll be able to make some more?? Oh golly, I can wish, can't I, lol! Please ask!
