In this picture you'll see a pair of Carrera hands for the caiber 12 and a pair for the valjoux 7733/7733/7736 (polished with black line is for the Valjoux ofcourse).

Diameter of hour hand is 1,75mm for caliber 12 and 1,45mm for the Valjoux.
Diameter of minute hand is 1,00mm for caliber 12 and 0,95mm for the Valjoux.

So there might be no difference in shape but there's definately some difference in the diameter of the holes.
