This is a very rare watch and is quite valuable (even in Heuer terms), I believe it is a ladies chronograph and made in the 40s.

Normally these watches have a snap back 3 part case with oval pushers set at a slightly strange angle in the case, so yours may be slightly later, perhaps 50s.

I also understand that Heuer manufactured this watch for Rolex (like the tridate). Consequently Heuer versions are rare because they tend to be used to make the massively more valuable Rolex version.

Does anyone know any more?
