Next up is this one and this is a very good re-dial compared to most and would likely fool many people. The dial looks the right colour the 4s are closed BUT and its an important BUT! Look at the lettering/script, there are no flourishes or seriphs as there should be, it is flat, also look at the painted markers on the sub registers, they should again have flourishes and go to the edge of the sub dial. Last look at the date window, there should be bevelled edges round the square opening, instead its edges are flat.
These are by no means the only two, i'd say at the moment 25-50% of all available Monacos for sale have re-dials, so please be carfeul and don't be afraid to ask on the forum or direct, these could both be very expensive mistakes!
