Unusual TH Watch "S05.413C"

I own an unusual Tag Heuer watch which I bought around 1985. This Tag Heur is a men's dress watch, and has no rotatable minute bezel. The crown is partially protected. On the back is the number S05.413C (or maybe the "S" is a "5" or vice versa).

Any information about this model would be appreciated.
