I'm a watchmaker in the UK I think you have been unlucky with the lost of the hands. I would hope you would give the watchmaker time to replace the hands as for full value if he can’t that 1 is up to the courts to decide I think you would only at most get the difference in value is the picture that you have posted before or after I guess before.

You are in the right place to ask and see if anyone has a set to sell you I think the model is 750-503. Good luck
