Having now found a pair of hands the watchmaker won't commit to me buying them as he is still looking for a pair so states that if I buy the ones I've located he wont refund the money if he finds a pair. Given that hes now had the watch 3 months after quoting 3-4 weeks lead time I'm loathed to give him much more time as I probably won't see the watch this year!
: Hi
: I'm a watchmaker in the UK I think you have been unlucky with the
: lost of the hands. I would hope you would give the watchmaker
: time to replace the hands as for full value if he can’t that 1
: is up to the courts to decide I think you would only at most get
: the difference in value is the picture that you have posted
: before or after I guess before.
: You are in the right place to ask and see if anyone has a set to
: sell you I think the model is 750-503. Good luck
: By the way recorded delivery has a value up to £50 cover
