It's the last day of the Flea Market, and I have saved the best for the last.
This is a one-owner McQueen Monaco, that has just been overhauled by "The Master". I bought this one from the original owner; he purchased it new, in the early 1970s, and wore it sparingly over the years. It was serviced regularly, and seems to have avoided any "melting seal" problems. Notice the strong print quality on the dial; the white is white and the black is black, and strong, all around. Check the amazing color of the lume, on the dial and original hands. Case is "as found", not polished or refinished.
Price is $8,400 . . . yes, that may be a bit more than the McQueens that we see offered every day, but ask yourself how many one-owner Monacos you will find, with this beautiful lume and strong printing.
