Heuer 3641? on Ebay. What's it worth?

Hello Everyone,
I've run across this listing on Ebay - http://cgi.ebay.com/Heuer-2-register-Chronograph-Valjoux-92-60s-/310238784430?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Wristwatches&hash=item483bac2bae

It appears to be ref. 3641. Am I correct, and if so is the asking price fair? (Please note that I'm not actually considering purchasing it, I'd just like to know where it fits in the hierarchy).
