Yes, the watch comes on a croc leather strap...and am sure that you understand that for research purposes, I've had to wear the 24 for a couple of days..

The watch doesn't feel that big on the wrist, and I think one of the reasons is that there is a rubber arch of maybe 1.5 inches that sits under the bottom of each strap end, making it quite solid. This spreads the load across your wrist and stops the watch being too top-heavy.

Having said that, I'm not a big fan of the strap- OK for a normal Monaco, but this watch needs a more high tech strap to match the head.
