Heuer Carrera 1553 w/ Black Dial *LINK*

I came across this one on Ebay. According to the Master Reference Table the 1553 N should come with a dark blue dial. Is this a "rare dial" as the seller claims or a franken? The watch as a whole looks too clean and freshly polished to my eyes, but I am far from an expert. Do any of the real experts care to weigh in?
