I am surprised there are not more Longines fans amongst the forum members here.
From the little I know about Longines (worn by Charles Lindbergh, long history of timing in the olympics) there seems a connection between Longines, Heuer and Omega in terms of true tool watches (OK, maybe Breitling as well). Certainly Longines made a few cool chronos from the 30's to the 50's, but I've seen many posts of Omegas or Breitling on this forum but little or no mention of Longines.
From my own perspective, I have owned a few Breitlings and Omega is my second brand (pretty far back second, to be honest), so I have a few Omegas, but no Longines...
Any Longines fans out there? Any opinions on Longines?
