Indys were printed and I guess they have used the same tool as printing is very much a like. Petty impossible to fake when you look at details in metal.
I know of two similar watchmaker Carreras and one with a different dial, it seems that these were handpainted, on their to do list was to alter dial and movements.
Mint case and nice patina it has...
