Winding Crown for Second Execution Autavia...

Thank you Forum members for helping me with my due diligence on what appears to be a beautiful Autavia 2446H Second Execution dial. Today I received a photo taken of the winding crown, which curiously has an "N" inside a coat of arms outline, and not the Heuer that i expected.

Any thoughts or insights on this?

I am reluctant to post the dealer's photo.
