Dear dualdo - it looks battered but an all legit Cal.15 Orange Boy to me. Signed crown is right.
Nice dial, very hands.
As for the price definitely it's not an easy one - conditions are fair to nice, and it's quite scarce - I am not into Cal.15's but this is a remarkable item indeed. I would say that around 900-1000 EUR may be a fair price for this.
