Re: Sub-dials, are they separate from the main dail?

Hi Stewart,
those subdials (recessed or not) cannot be removed independantly in order to be replaced. You cant be the first one to have thought about this as over the years i have seen a number of modified dials where the seller has tried to have the subdials repainted or changed out. There have been some good attempts but the vast majority have looked ridiculous. My own opinion - learn to love the one's you have, mucking about with them only makes the situation worse.
