I agree with all the sentiments expressed above and Mark's comment is appropriate as much now as ever before. With a recent flurry of activity and help from Mark, Stewart and Jarl the Diver reference table is close to completion. We are just waiting on Jeff for his eagle eye and comments and then we hope to publish it on the OTD site. If anyone wants a preview please email me your request.
