The hotels along Park Lane are nearby, and some rooms have nice park views. All pretty expensive though. I've stayed at Grosvenor House before when I've gone to gigs in Hyde Park, was nice to just wander back there rather than rush for the last train home. Some renovation still ongoing there though. The Intercontinental is more or less finished with refurbishment and is quite nice. The Hilton Park Lane isn't very nice at all, I'd give that a miss. If you're rolling in it, there's the Dorchester.
