Heuer Monte-carlo 1st ,second or transtional modell?????

I purchase this rare Heuer Monte Carlo But I have some questions if this modell is the first or the second or transtional modell this one have the first Dial and without the Black ring outside but the hand is not the lollipop .thanks for any help
