Hi Andy
This line is the key point:
, the parts belong to me and returning the originals also proves they've been replaced.
I have had my experiences dealing with TAG Switzerland directly and in my case the parts were returned. That was fairly recently but it may well have been that they wanted to appease me for all the mistakes they made first, second and third time around. In the end I must say that I was appeased and pleased with what I got. However, how do you know they replaced the pushers when you had installed new one prior to their work. The only way you would know for sure is if the original were returned. And the same goes for all the other line items of work on the invoice baring man hours.
As Mark suggests, communicate and get the details (in writing) first before sending the watch. Their work is very good and they have (for now) parts that are very hard if not impossible to get such as bezels but this comes at a price.
Regards
Paul
