Yes, the decimal track has true blue numerals and hash-marks, and the lume dots are as you describe. Sorry that my color is off; one of the hazards of shooting in the middle of the night, with artificial light (and not enough patience to get the white balance right).
It is interesting that the background for this outer decimal minutes track appears to be raw metal (with some sort of clear-coat, no doubt), and does not the same paint as on the rest of the dial. It will be interesting to compare this early one with some other samples. It really is something of a "pie-pan" shape, as between the main surface of the dial and the surface of the decimal minutes track.

: the dial is in such pristine condition. I assume the decimal
: scale is blue and not purple as it appears in the picture. Also
: interesting is the lume dots on the hour markers appear on the
: outer ring and not peeping out from the marker which may be more
: common on later Carrera dials. Mine is the same.
