Well it's landed today.
After my 740303G experience last week I can tell you that this one was no less of an uphill struggle and a good few days of anxious waiting.
But, I'm pleased to report that when it landed today I was a happy man.
I've only had an hour or two at work to get acquainted but so far so good.
So what is it?
A 'tranny'
Case is in lovely condition and is a 157 serial (I'll get the last three digits for you all later)
The dial has some degradation on it but it's by no means major and another interesting take on how these metallic wonders age.
Nice original strap.
Running very well and all functioning as it should.
Adorning my wrist and bringing a smile to my face everytime I glance down! I now see what everybody speaks of when they talk of the black dial in one light and blue in the other!
A couple of quick pics on my desk.
A blue view
a blacker view
