TAG Heuer will only supply parts if you sent the watch to them.
To get a crown try a WTB on the Chronotraderforum ( http://www.chronocentric.com/forums/chronotrader/ ) on this site or have a look on eBay.
This watch was refurbished by TAG Heuer and I believe it has the right rather big crown:
