Jeff,
There are a few differences: the tachymeter bezel has another scale. The last two numbers are 68 and 65 instead of 66 and 63.
Also the colour of the seconds hand is yellow/orange instead of blue.
All other things look 100% identical.
For your info : I also have a white/black 73363 Autavia with two subregisters and a red seconds hand. This one has exactly the same bezel as on the photo you included.
